1. How can I check my order status?

If you have set up an account with koxkingchief, you can sign in to check your order status. If you do not have an account, you may sent email to service@koxkingchief.com from 7am-12am EST daily (except holidays) with your order number.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification that includes tracking information.

You can track your shipment through the carrier using this information.

2. How can I pay for my order?

We accept PayPal for all purchases. You represent and warrant that: you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any. All payments must be in United States dollars.
