Shipping Policy

FREE Shipping to U.S. Mainland addresses only.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Guam. However we do ship to those locations, and the freight will be paid by you based on the specific address.

Shipping method:
Most items are shipped through FedEx, USPS and UPS. And you will receive a shipping update email containing a tracking number.

Order Processing:
When the product has been paid for, we will submit the order to be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
Shipping time may vary due to your requested delivery location. Usually it is 3-5 days. Remote areas may take 5-7 days.

*NOTE: If you need to request a cancellation or make any changes to your order. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible by emailing (service@koxkingchief.com). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been sent to our warehouse as we are working to get your order out to you quickly.
